PP Removals Ltd started life in 1996 as a small man and van operation run and staffed by Tony Lord. Gradually his reputation for friendliness and quality of service spread and the business grew.

In 2000 Tony’s wife Sasha joined the business to help with the office administration and to provide ongoing customer care.

In 2001 PP Removals Ltd was admitted to the British Association of Removers. This was a very proud moment for Tony and Sasha as it represented the end of the journey to move from a good quality man and van operation to a guaranteed quality removals company.

2001 was also the year their first child Adam was born – a memorable year!

Between 2001 & 2003 the business grew, storage facilities were acquired and a reliable core of high quality staff was formed.

In 2003 PP Removals Ltd relocated to the leafy rural surrounding of Burrough Court . Tony and Sasha also live at Burrough Court, enabling them to juggle the balance of work and home life while better achieving flexibility and continuity of service for customers.

In 2005 their second child Hazel was born and visited the office from just a few weeks old!

In 2008 the BAR gained OFT approval, further guaranteeing the reliability and quality of service customers are entitled to from BAR members. The Code of Practice (see ) inspection visit undertaken by BAR officers in the summer of 2008 underlined PP Removals Ltd commitment to their customers as they attained a 100% score

Tony and Sasha are continuing to enjoy running PP Removals Ltd and have the same aim as they had way back in the 1990’s – to provide a friendly, reliable, value for money, bespoke service for customers looking to move or store.
